Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 22 September 2026

Our approach

EVENWAY is committed to making its website and online programme as accessible and usable as reasonably possible.

We want people to be able to access EVENWAY regardless of disability, impairment, device, browser, or assistive technology.

We aim to make the EVENWAY website and programme:
• clear and easy to navigate
• readable on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
• usable with keyboard navigation where possible
• compatible with common assistive technologies
• structured with clear headings and logical page order
• designed with appropriate colour contrast
• understandable using plain, straightforward language
• usable without relying solely on colour to communicate meaning

We also aim to provide suitable alternatives where content cannot be made fully accessible in its original format.

Video and programme content

EVENWAY may include video-based programme content.

Where reasonably possible, we aim to provide:
• captions or subtitles
• clear spoken explanations
• supporting written materials
• downloadable resources
• alternative formats where appropriate

Accessibility features may continue to improve as EVENWAY develops.

Documents and downloads

Some downloadable materials may be provided in formats such as PDF or other document types.

We aim to make these resources clear and usable, but some documents may not yet meet every accessibility standard.

If you need a resource in a different format, please contact us.

Known limitations

EVENWAY is a developing website and programme, and some areas may not yet be fully accessible.

Possible limitations may include:
• third-party services or embedded content
• older downloadable documents
• video content that has not yet been fully captioned
• certain features supplied by external website providers

We will aim to improve these areas where reasonably possible.

Third-party services

The EVENWAY website is built using Wix and may use other third-party services.

Some accessibility features are therefore partly dependent on those providers.

We cannot guarantee the accessibility of external websites or services linked from EVENWAY.

Reporting an accessibility problem

If you experience difficulty using the EVENWAY website or programme, or if you need information in a different format, please contact us.

Email: contact@evenway.co.uk

Please include enough information for us to understand the issue and, where possible, which page or resource you were trying to access.

We will aim to respond and provide a reasonable alternative where possible.

Improving accessibility

Accessibility is an ongoing process.

As EVENWAY develops, we will continue reviewing the website, programme materials, videos, forms, and downloadable content to identify practical improvements.
